WOW!

Wow almost 3 months with this blog! Dang! I've been doing ok with the weightloss...I've been having a horid time trying to control my blood sugars. Just can't keep them within the range they need to be so because of that I have bad food days and good ones. I have lost some more weight I'm about 218 right now...so I'm going....I'm going to try and get back to exercising more and maybe I'll get some messurments in here soon.....anyways I'm off it's WAY past my bed time!!!! Updated stats....

Well it's been awhile since I updated everything. I've been doing ok....I guess. I haven't been exercising cause it costs SO much money in gas to go to the gym everyday.....I just am throwing money away I HATE IT...anyways here's my updated stats for the last 2 times(all these in inches)

I've been doing ok....I'm on a race with my dad. Since being sick he's losing weight like crazy. We currently weigh the same and wear the same size....that's SO embaressing!!!! OH well....Anyways I'll try to update more often!!!! I try to do stats every month and a weight in every monday....but that hasn't worked well......off to do housework!!

Check in

Well I've lost 6 lbs....not really great when you realize that I lost it and gained it back and now lost it again. But hey, a loss is a loss right? I have done my stats too but for the life of me I can't find the paper I wrote them down! Anyways I'm hoping to see some more loss next week. I've been exercising more. Now with the warm weather I bike anywhere I can, with two kids in tow!!! Well I'm off, headed to the gym!

WOW!

Ok I haven't posted in over a month, one reason is because things have been so CRAZY!!! The other is because for some reason blogger lost my account....and the last is cause I've been lazy!! Yeah...well I finally made it to the gym yesturday and it felt SO good. I haven't gone in about a week and half just cause of things been crazy with my dad and then sick kiddos. I weighed and am so upset that it showed a 5.5 lb gain!!!! UGH! I'm hoping to get back on track and that my new meds will work!!! I've posted an update with my new test results on my family site and my other blog. I think I'll do Monday as my weigh in date....so till then or when I get around to doing this!

Kinda fell off the ban wagon..

Well I've kinda feel off the ban wagon. I haven't gone to the gym for almost a week, due to sick kids. I ordered a new Leslie Sansone dvd and I'm hoping to get it tomorrow or the next day. That way I can do at least something if I can't make it to the gym. Tomorrow I'm hoping I can get to the gym....They (my kids) seem to be doing better....I hope SO! Anyways I just need some support right now, I've seem to lost my motivation......

So I decided I'd take my measurements since the scale was just upsetting me. I had them taken in Nov when I first started really working out here's what they were then...

And here's what it is now....

I just think that's cool!! I'm hoping it keeps going down!!!

New week...

Well I'm getting ready to start a new week. I've started taking Relacore. I've noticed a HUGE difference in my mood. It's crazy how well I feel. I'm hoping that maybe it'll help with the weightloss. I also have noticed that it has seemed like I'm not eating that much. Well the supper bowl just came on so I'm headed off to watch it.

Oh on a side note how do you all change it to have cool back grounds?

Here I go full force!!!!

Ok so after a really really REALLY bad week of just whatever...being depressed and having a hard time I've decied and come to terms that I know it's going to take a little time to get this weight off, and I'm ok with that. I'm going to go full force! I'm putting EVERYTHING I have in this!! I am going to lose this weight. Not for dh, not for kids, not for friends....but for ME!!!! I want this!!! I just have to say thanks to all my pals! You girls are awesome!!!! (I posted this on my slim in six group) I had a night out without kids last night and come home and bawled my eyes out. I spent a lot of night just thinking and crying. I was doing this all for the wrong reasons, not for me at all. This is now about me and for me...and I"m not giving up till I am a winner!!!!! So here we go, starting a new week with a bang!!! Thanks again girls!!!!

How does that work out??

Ok so I went to the gym today, first time since last monday! YAY! It was such a GREAT workout!!!! Anyways I get there and decieded I'd weigh myself...so I step on with shoes on and it says I lost 3 lbs...I think YAY! So I take off my shoes and weigh without shoes and what does it show??? That I gained a lb! I'm like what the crap!? So I go workout and then come back and do the same thing and it shows the same thing...lost 3lbs with shoes on and gained one with shoes off....I'm trying to figure out how that works out??? Got me baffled! I mean what the freak?! That's so messed up!!! LOL. I just can't figure it out. Oh well, I"m going with shoes on! LOL!!!

So my workouts have been awesome. I started with barely being able to walk on the treadmill at a low speed for 30 mins. I've worked up to running. I started with just a few seconds and today I ran for....drum roll please.....2 mins!!!! And I even went 3 once cause I lost track of time!!!! I was like holy crap!!! GO ME GO ME!!!! That's just aweomse to me! I wasn't out of breath as I thought I would be. It just made my day!!! Anyways I'm off to play with kids just had to post that! I'm going to re-weigh tomorrow at the gym and see if its the same....

Well this week sucked!

Well with me being sick I haven't been to the gym but once this week. I wanted to go but just didn't feel up to it. I'm hoping next week will be different. I have been doing better at watching my calories but it seems even with me watching them I'm always SO hungry!!! I don't know if I'm not just eating the right things to help me be full or what. OH well. I'm doing good on water too. Just need to get that exercising in! Next week should be better. I'm hoping to go everyday next week! Maybe *try* the 2 hour workouts. I just don't want to over do it where I'm still recovering....well I need to go and get breakfast!! I'm STARVING!!!!

I hate being sick!

Well if you read my other blog you would know I don't feel good. I thought I'd post a little more on here. I just feel like crap today. Kids shared their little cold. UGH! I don't feel like exercising at all I just feel like taking a nap! Maybe I've been working out too much? NAH, I don't think that is it. I just think I need to rest maybe....I don't know. I don't want to workout but I don't want to miss a workout! LOL....I just feel so tired today...I think I'll do a little something, does house work count? Well I hope so cause I've done A LOT today...speaking of that laundry is done again! Dang has it been 99 mins!?

My goals this week...

Well I wasn't able to get my sister to take my kids. She thinks me working out so much and watching my calories..or cutting them is just silly. It really upset me when she was like this is stupid. Oh well. She's not the one with the health problems. I'm hoping to maybe get a couple of 2 hour workouts in. The kids can be in the day care for up to 3 hours. I'm not sure if I can but I'd like to try the 2 hour workouts. Maybe if I can't get them in I'll do more at home. I'm going to try and drink more water. Maybe we'll see the scale move. Well I'm off to bed, with all the other things I'd like to do with my weightloss I'm going to *try* and get at least 8 hours of sleep! HA! I know sounds silly but anything's possible right?

Well so far so good, so why won't the scale move?

Ok I've been doing really well. Staying within my calories and getting exercise in, so why won't that darn scale move? I worked out really hard yesturday and it felt SO good! So this is what I know for sure. 1- I'm so addicted to the internet and blogging and 2- I LOVE LOVE LOVE to go to the gym!!!!!! So you'd think that would work in my favor right? It's really starting to bother me. I know I know muscle weighs more than fat...blah blah blah....and I am losing inches cause I'm in a size 18 when I started I was size 24....but still it doesn't LOOK like I'm losing weight....just don't know...what gives ya know? Oh well I'm hoping to talking my sister in taking my kids so I can go workout for an hour today...we're going shopping and I really REALLY want to get my workout in!!! Well off to dress kids!

First post.....

Well here we go I now have 3 different places I blog at. Although one I don't really use. I'll use this one just for my weightloss. Just to vent and get all those feelings out.....So I got my workout in today. 1 hour of good cardio. It was so nice. I really do enjoy going to the gym. I just wish the scale would should it too!
