YAY for Spinning!

So I went to the pedal and pump class yesturday at the apple. What is that you ask? Well it's where you spend 45 mins in spinning then do 45 mins of upper body weights. It was fun!!!! I did spinning awhile ago and didn't like it but I'm in much better shape now than I was then, which can I just say is weird? I mean then I weight like 40 lbs less than now....SO wierd how that works.....ANYWAYS.....this class was fun. I pushed myself so hard and was dripping but I LOVED it!!!!!!!! I thought I could do that again....I'm not that sore...............yet. But I woke up today and I really am NOT that sore! YAY!!! Anyways I'm hoping to make it a set routine!!!!! Tomorrow I'm hoping to weigh in and do messurments to see how far I've fallen.......yes I know for a FACT I have fallen, or at least should have...........anyways till then!

I'm sad to say....

Well I'm sad to say I think I'm going to miss ALL the 5Ks in my area. That makes me so sad! I feel like such a loser! I mean all I've managed to do was make me fat and more ugly and give myself false hope. I thought I could do this but it just seems like I can't. Why can't it be easier to lose weight? I mean it's easy to put it on, wouldn't you think in all true thinking it should be the same way to do the opposite, right? HA! I wish! Anyways I'm still trying to do more. My biggest problem isn't what I eat or if I exercise it's HOW I exercise. I LOVE LOVE LOVE running I really do, BUT I can't run that long, why you ask? Because I have a um hmm how do I put this? I was blessed with A LOT more than I'd like on my top....um ok fine I have HUGE boobs!!! LOL!!! I can't find a good decent bra that will support my ta tas without sqeezing them! LOL.....I found this site that said it had bras for big chested women for running and such....they went up to a D cup! HELLO!!! That's not BIG chested women!!!! Anyways, needless to say whenever I try to run more than 2 mins I have to stop because I have whiplash from myself!!!!!!! lol, really funny as it is it's so true and ANNOYING! Anyways I'm going to try and get out walking or do something. I've just got to. I hate how I feel about myself! So stay tuned!
