Well my ankle is finally starting to feel better so I'm *hoping* to get back into the swing of things. I've been really watching how much I eat lately since I haven't been able to workout. I've lost 5 lbs so far! YAY! Now if I could just add some exercise then maybe the weight can just come off. I've been really dragging lately though. I think it's cause I haven't felt well. I've been SO tired. But I'm hoping to add some exercise and fix that. Anyways I'm not throwing my goal, 20 lbs by Jan 5, out the window just yet. I've got 5, only need 15 more....I can do this!!! Who's with me????
