WOO HOO!!!

WOO HOO is all I can say!!! Here's my numbers on what I thought was a crappy week!!!

Weight and numbers 3/17/08

weight 252

chest 41.5
boobs 49
arms 14.5
thigh 27

today's GREAT numbers!!!

weight 249, I think it might be 248 but I went with the higher number....

chest 41.5 no change
boobs 49 no change
arms 14 1/2 inch loss
thigh 25 2 inch loss!!
belly 46.5 4 inch loss!!!
hips 47.25 3 1/4 inch loss!!

I'm so happy! I didn't exercise much but I did get good numbers!! I'm just SO SO SO happy!!! I'm definitly going to keep it up!!

Week 5...I guess.

So I guess I've been trying this for 5 weeks but I haven't been consistant like I need to. So this week I'm going to start all over. I'm still going to keep up with the different weeks it'll be just a fresh start. I finally feel good and so I'm hoping to get on the treadmil. I've been hoping to go outside but we woke up to snow! GROWL! Anywas weigh in and messurements tonight....not looking forward to that! Oh well! Here's to FINALLY getting my butt in gear!!!!

Week 4

So I finally got the cable for my treadmil and some cool workout cds that I can load on it. My treadmil has this cool iFit thing on it. It's really cool! Anyways I'm excited to get started and finally see some results. I'm fighting a cold but I'm going to push through it and hope that it works to my benifit....anyways I'm off to play with kids...HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!!

Weigh in and messurements!

I got a scale tonight! YAY! I'm happy to finally be able to have one and not have to go somewhere to weigh in....that was rather annoying. My weight tonight...249 that means in a week I've lost 3 lbs!!! WOO HOO!!! I knew I lost something cause I can fit in to 2 sizes smaller pants.....ok here's my messurements from DANG...ok from Feb! I can't belive that's the last time I did it....anyways...

Week 3?

Well I've been slacking lately. I just haven't been feeling well and Paigie has been sick. I haven't done hardly anything this week as far as exercise. I did get at least 10 mins in a day but not much over that. Yesturday it was a good day. I was pissy and decieded to run to get fustrations out. It was nice but today I am feeling it!!!! But it was SO nice to run!!! I really enjoyed it. Just reminded me that I really did miss it and I really REALLY enjoy running. Tomorrow is weigh in day and messurements. I haven't been posting like I wanted to...I haven't been doing messurements like I wanted to just cause I lost my tape messure but I'm thinking I'll go buy another one tomorrow and get some messurements. I fit into smaller pants last week so I know I must of lost something! Anyways that's a quick update I'm hoping here in a week I'll be able to post some good things! Till then....

Week 2 Day 1...

so I've been slacking lately. I just don't know what the deal is. I just can NOT get my butt in gear. It's really annoying me! Anyways I'm going to try and get on my treadmil today, even if I'm not jogging but just walking. I NEED to. Anyways I'm going to weigh in a little later....I doubt that I've lost anything, in fact I'd be SHOCKED if I haven't gained! Anyways I'll post that and messurements tomorrow.....

Week 1 Day 1 on my program

Well last night I got a treadmil! WOO HOO! I'm so stinkin happy to have it here. Got it here and set up. I got up this morning ready to start training. My treadmil has this 5K button on it where it helps you train for a 5K or even 10K. I did that today and it was hard. It changed the incline all the time so I had to keep knocking it down but I did do the mph and it was hard....I didn' think I could jog for 3 mins straight....but....I DID IT!!!!! WOO HOO! GO ME! So I'm happy to report I've did it! I'm going to keep up with this program on my treadmil for now....I'm hoping to be able to get up to the incline...also you put in your weight and that changes how fast it goes to...so as I lose weight the mph will go up....I'm so excited! Anyways I'm off to start house work and take a shower!

Off to a rough start...

Well I'm off to a rough start with the couch to 5K....I got a treadmil at DI for cheap and of course it doesn't work. I've saved and worked extra hours and now have enough to go and get a BRAND NEW one! I'm so excited so I'm hoping to start tonight on the program again.....stay tuned!
